Prestigious Fellowship, Collaborative Grant for MIMG Faculty
The HIV Accessory and Regulatory Complexes Center (HARC) has recognized the outstanding work of Drs. Su, Bouhaddou, and Fregoso by awarding them the HARC Collaborative Developmental Award (CDA) twice. The team's project on the "Impact of viral accessory factors on HIV-associated distal symmetric polyneuropathy (HIV-DSP)" was deemed significant, innovative, and well-approached. The project aims to identify the HIV viral proteins and those from host cells that are crucial for the pathogenesis of HIV-DSP, in line with HARC's objective.
