Course Planning Expectations

MIMG students should work with MIMG Advisors and UCLA College Advisors for course/degree planning. This ensures timely graduation and completion of all degree requirements while allowing students to make the most of their UCLA experience.

MIMG Advisors assist with course planning for MIMG major preparation and requirements (contact MIMG advisors at undergrad@microbio.ucla.edu with your UID). MIMG Advisors can also support with Pre-Health Requirements and course planning for Pre-Health students (see other Pre-Health Services). We can also provide guidance on MIMG Undergraduate Research coursework options.
