MIMG Seminar Series:

The MIMG Seminar Committee hosts seminars throughout the academic year from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please see the dates below for our 2025-2026 seminars.

MIMG Department Annual Retreat:

The MIMG departmental retreat usually takes place in September. Our department aims to foster community development by bringing everyone together in one space to understand each other's needs and promote a shared vision. This time and space we share provides an opportunity to connect with colleagues and take a break from our daily work routine. It offers a unique and refreshing experience as we prepare for the start of the new academic year.

MIMG Commencement:

To celebrate graduates earning an MIMG degree at UCLA, in addition to the UCLA College Commencement ceremony, MIMG hosts its own departmental commencement ceremony in June. Departmental graduation dates are available on the UCLA Commencement Schedule 2026.

MIMG Undergraduate Research Symposium:
