Drop-In Advising

Drop-In Schedule: Week 8 (Winter 2025)

Advising Office Location: UCLA's Molecular Sciences Building (MSB).

  • Tuesday, February 25, 2025:
    • 11:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.  (Dr. Fonseca’s Office - MSB 1602B)
  • Wednesday, February 26, 2025:
    • 12:30 P.M. -  2:00 P.M. (Dr. Fonseca’s Office - MSB 1602B)
  • Thursday, February 27, 2025:
    • 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. (Sierra's Office - MSB 1602M)
  • Friday, February 28, 2025:

We will keep this website updated with our weekly drop-in hours and will share via our Listserv. 

Please email us at undergrad@microbio.ucla.edu with your UID with any timely questions if you cannot attend drop-in hours. 

Expectations

  • Exclusively available for UCLA students. If you're not currently a UCLA student but have questions, we'd be happy to assist you via email at undergrad@microbio.ucla.edu
  • Limited to 15 minutes or less and designed for brief inquiries (i.e. guidance for next quarter's enrollment).

  • Students will be supported on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students may need to wait for drop-in advising (i.e. in the Zoom waiting room or in the office hallway) if we are meeting with other students. We will meet with students as soon as possible in the order of arrival. 

    *If it's not possible for us to meet with all students at a given drop-in, students can follow up over email (undergrad@microbio.ucla.edu), schedule individual advising appointments, or attend the next drop-in time.
