Drop-In Advising

Drop-In Advising Expectations:

• MIMG Drop-In Advising serves current UCLA students for brief inquiries and is limited to 10–15 minutes.
• We meet with students on a first-come, first-served basis in the order of arrival.
• If meeting via Zoom, please test your internet connection and audio settings prior to joining the Zoom to reduce technical difficulties.
• If meeting in office for the first time, please reach out for detailed directions or see our visual directions to MIMG advising offices here.
• Not able to attend Drop-In? Other MIMG Advising Options:
  • Please kindly email MIMG Advisors at undergrad@microbio.ucla.edu with your UID and questions for timely advising support.
  • If preferred to meet with an MIMG Advisor in office or virtually via Zoom, please complete steps to schedule an MIMG advising appointment via email or our scheduler.
